Since the taxpayers are footing the bill for what will be a multi-trillion dollar bailout of the mortgage and private investment charlatans, I figure all our homes have been paid off via future tax revenue. Think about it, our mortgages are going to be paid off with future taxpayer revenues, thus we the taxpayer should be able stop paying our mortgages.

The initial mortgage contracts homeowners have entered into have been paid in full. Thus our original mortgage obligations should be null and void. Why should these fraud street bastards continue to receive principal and interest payments on a future tax revenue paid off mortgages when the bailout will technically satisfy all debts owed to them? So rejoice, we are good to go from here.

Oh wait... I just woke up. Scratch that. sarcasm.gif

More pipe dreams...Hey if the our financial system have been effectively SOCIALIZED this could be a good thing in the future. Lets get rid of the wall street robber barons once and for all. Think about it which I know a lot of you on this board has, in the future when we take out a mortgage it will be via the govt. All the principal and primarily interest will be paid into the government coffers to service the massive debt, finance infrastructure rebuilding and advancement, alternative energy and social programs. In other words that interest on mortgages will be able to finance the COMMONS. This will take govt. by the people that works for the people. No longer shall we have wall street white collar criminals fleece the taxpayers of this country, offshore their ill gotten gains in the Cayman islands.

But alas it will take responsible leaders in government. I may have over simplified it but I think this may be a good idea for future generations and they should really be thinking along these lines. Again... just two more cents from an newly minted banker.

Saw my friends (the band is called Three) play out in Woodstock this past Friday...and this is one of their appropriate tunes for the times.

Posted it before but I am posting it again for those who don't know about them, this band is kick ass like so many others out there that just don't get any recognition...

I bet that asshole think he does. dry.gif

The fed and the treasury secretary are deluded if they think such, especially if American Taxpayer dollars is financing this bailout. But I digress....laugh.gif

You know, one very rational implication of the bail out is that mortgagors need not pay their mortgages any longer. Otherwise, one class of citizen -- financial institutions -- will disproportionately benefit viz-a-vis another class of citizens -- the rest of us.
