It was new years eve 1999. the W.H.O. the United States and Russia agreed to declare at the drop of the ball that they where gong to declare the Smallpox was defeated in the last century. They were to destroy the last 7 viles of samplox the world had in storage . U.S.(4) Russia (3). At the last minute it was not to be. Its was saved..........Months later after 9 /11 the evil doers had Smallpox......Were did they get it.......
