Just heard Randi say that McCain is trying to move Friday's debate to Monday and CANCEL the only VP debate.
What can we do to prevent this?

This is got to be the most bizarre election I've ever witnessed. And I've been along for a long time.
Ultimately, it might be fine with me in a weird way if they cancel it. It would be suicide for the McCain campaign, a naked concession that she can't do it.
Can you IMAGINE the reports he's getting back from the staffers whose job it has been to practice with her for interviews and a debate?
Then again, I spoke last night with a former congressional aide who worked for a Rep. Sen. for a decade, and he was sharing tales of McCain's temper when given information he doesn't like. Maybe the staff just isn't telling him, so the most hilarious, panicked discussions of her performance are perhaps limited to staffers talking to one another.
