She was, and is, and attractive woman but if appearance was all that was required to be a vice presidential candidate I'm sure that we would have seen Jane Fonda on at least one ticket over the past forty years. Personally I don't judge attractive women by their politics, and I don't judge women candidates by their attractiveness.

I don't understand why conservatives confuse good looks with good governance, that's extremely shallow. Too bad their shallowness doesn't apply to conservative male candidates. So many are so fugly.

Oh and lo and behold there are a few Democratic, Liberal and Socialist women on Maxim's list too. Drats I guess another conservative myth has been busted.

I guess conservatives have to try to pimp the good looks of former strippers and beauty queens they run for office, because they can not compete with all those good looking liberals in Hollywood or the cat walks around the globe. Thank goodness good looking liberal actors have enough sense to stay out of politics. They are lucky enough to have long careers and don't have to run into politics as a second option. Note to Hollywood Producers: Make sure you keep conservative actors working more! Stop them from running for office already!
