Ok..I don't understand this. I don't have that extensive gambling experience like McDice. Is this good for Obama?

Yes, if they are correct in their odds making, good for Obama but bad for folks betting on McCain.
But bad for Obama bettors. Not much profit in betting on the favorite when they win.
