Here's a question that someone should ask at the next debate. "Is it patriotic to pay taxes?"

I'd like to see what McCain thinks patriotism really is. When WWII was going, ordinary citizens were glad to help pay for it. Many Americans now think patriotism is waving their little flags or putting stupid yellow ribbon stickers on their tailgates. Support the twoops? Yeah, just don't ask for money. Personally I think the whole bill should be paid by those who voted for the retarded GOP.

Palin won't bother even trying to answer the question and remind people that her son is fighting overseas.

These are the same people who sternly remind people like us (those who don't support the Bush Doctrine - whatever it is) that Patriotism is NEVER NO MATTER WHAT questioning our "leader", that it's our job as patriotic people to support him and respect his choices. Disagreement is unpatriotic.

I drove through the McMansion streets this past weekend just to see what's happneing, and I saw the signs evenly divided. I have solid hopes for my particular district, but I am actually praying for the whole state to break through and become Democratic this election because of the economy. I speaketh of Oklahoma.

Ya gotta do what I'm doing: stealing those signs in the dead of night and chucking them in the nearest dumpster.
