Why is it exactly that Obama doesn't even mention McCain's connection as one of the Keating 5, especially given the timing and similarity to our current financial problems?

Obama has little connection to Ayers and the GOP has nothing but this old turd to keep having to pull it out. Not only is this connection not timely (the 'terrorist' acts happened 40 years ago) but McCain's personal connection to deregulation and obstruction of regulators investigating Charles Keating is a indication of what he is willing to do for friends and is hardly COUNTRY FIRST. The American taxpayer had to pay hundreds of billions for the deregulation of S&L's and now although the financial instruments/institution is different, the result is the McSame.

The next time Palin has the gall to call an American a terrorist ... someone where we all know where he works and about-ish where he lives. The next time she swings through Chicago (hahahaha - right, like that'd happen) she should stop by University of Illinois and make a visit to Bill Ayers and if he's at his office, she should call the FBI to have him arrested.

If she does nothing less, she hates America and the baby Jesus too!

But in all seriousness -- if she did know where a terrorist was hiding, shouldn't it behoove her, as an American, to do everything she can to make sure the terrorist is no longer a threat.

Obama's association with Ayers wasn't entirely a friendship, was it? The primary reason they were associating was in both committing their time and energy with the less fortunate in Chicago. Might as well hold it against him regardless. When you say that Obama was about 8 during the time with Ayers was active with the Weather Underground they'll say "Well, Ayers says that they didn't do enough, they didn't terrorize enough", which Ayers has never said.

Rezco. Let us hold that against him too. We'll ignore the fact that Obama's association with Rezco was before he was even being investigated as to any of his dealings and that any of which Rezco was charged with had nothing to do with te dealings he had with Obama.

Meanwhile, we shouldn't pay any attention to McCain's involvement with Keating. They'll tell us he wasn't convicted of anything. Of course, neither was Ayers.

Additionally, we're not to talk about Todd Palin, who's been involved in promoted Alaska's succession from the US. If not wanting to be part of the USA isn't what the right would call "Anti-American activity" then what is?

The term "Terrorist" is the code word to remove all rights and privileges as a United States Citizen and should not be used at all in these times. This just proves she has no clue as to what is going on.
