what can be done to prevent private contractors like blackwater from attacking American interests at home and abroad and killing American soldiers for political and personal agenda's? does anyone think this kind of thing is not possible after what America has gone through the past 8 years? isnt private armies and private intelligence gathering a recipee for disaster and an invitation to attack us?

Shrubs reputation is so low, I really doubt he'll declare Martial Law, I think his own father would have him whacked in that scenario, I mean he's ruined the family legacy so badly, I bet poppy is pissed. Bongwater is still a force to be reckoned with, however.
