dis-fuckin-gusting....why hasn't the Secret Service detail been told of this?

Exactly - in case you didn't hear this, Thom Hartmann read an email he got, which was an open letter to Palin and McCain, that all the attacks in the past, for instance the "black baby" push poll, the swiftboat hideousness, were terrible, but noone was in danger of losing their lives. But that now they've crossed a line into encouraging the assassination of Obama - they call Obama either a terrorist, or a friend of a terrorist, that Obama wants to bring the terrorist goals to the white house - :othey are calling Barack a terrorist, and what do THEY think should be done to anyone even suspected of being a terrorist? Prison, torture, murder - then they hear people saying things like "TERRORIST!" "KILL HIM!!!" and just keep on going with their stupid sloganese speeches, and will be just as guilty as a person who might try to kill the terrorist.

Someone recorded the whole Clearwater event with their camcorder and posted it on youtube in several parts. I think this is what you're all looking for. If you skip to the 6:30 mark you can hear what sounds like a man yelling "kill him" three times.

It looks like the person who posted the video went back and inserted a blurb whining about "communist liberal bloggers" and claiming the man screamed "tell them" but it still sounds like "kill him" to me.

THIS is the one! Everyone else has been talking about the "terrorist!" yell at McCain's rally, and I am sure I hear someone yell "KILL HIM!"

I know, I know. All the previous reports referred to a WP blog reporting that it happened at Palin's campain. Maybe it did - I've seen no tape of that moment. But I'm telling you, I hear "KILL HIM!" in THIS video right after McCain says, "In short, who is the REAL Barack Obama?"

I continue to believe that it's the guy yelling "Kill him!" that McCain clearly reacts to (but says nothing). He just continues on.

Does ANYONE else hear this?

A caller to Randy today - the woman who was barely in control - tried to talk to her about this. But Randi "corrected" her and said the kill him was only at the Palin rally.

But this is the segment Maddow played twice last night to demonstrate the people yelling "Terrorist!" And that's when I first heard kill him.

I wouldn't be too hard on Randi because she doesn't want to go off about something unless she can prove it. The secret service announced that they are investigating so that may have some impact. If they keep up the incitement then we might want to start organizing small, peaceful protests outside their rallies in order to get the media to pay attention. It might also be worth contacting local law enforcement and asking them to yank their event permits for public safety reasons.

I dunno, I think this story is like trying to squeeze blood out of a turnip. It's starting to remind me of the backward masking thing from the 80s.

But regardless of what was said by the idiots in the crowd, Palin and McCain are playing to a collective, hostile white lynch mob, straight up.

All Palin and MkKlan have is white conservative rage, so that's what they play to. There is nothing else for them. That 9 minute clip of SP yapping on and on, sounding like a goddamn colicky baby, christ. And those dirty pitchforks in the crowd need to be locked away from normal people. ALL of them.
