I was part of a class action suit against a Pizza Hut franchise here in the central valley. They were putting inadequate information on their checks, as well as other offenses.

I have problems where I currently work, but there I had way more problems. In the rare chance I called out sick I got an earfull from the manager, I had problems with missed breaks, one day where I had a twelve hour work day because the daytime driver didn't bother to show up and I was scheduled as closing cook that night.

The grand total of what I earned... $124. What sucks is I didn't even get my... um.. fifty cent pay raise when I became the monday day supervisor. But, I'm happy I got a little more from that greedy company. I'm wondering when they'll financially tank and be forced to sell to Yum Brands.
