As McClellan testifies it is obvious that he doesn’t KNOW much but what he does KNOW is that The President did not fire anyone who outed Valerie Plame after saying he would. McClellan KNOWS that he was lied to by Cheney, Rove and Libby regarding their involvement in an act of Treason. He KNOWS that Rove was the first to out Valerie Plame followed by Scooter.

There is a House debate and vote on granting retroactive Immunity to Telecoms today - it just passed. Again, this is more CYA from Democratic Leaders who WERE BRIEFED during the ILLEGAL WARRANTLESS WIRETAPPING OF AMERICAN CITIZENS. The Leadership and Intelligence Committees were briefed during the program and therefore they ARE accomplices.

The Senate should KILL this attempt to enact Ex Post Facto laws for criminal behavior that WAS criminal WHILE IT WAS OCCURRING.

Watch for House members during the debate today who WEREN’T briefed to argue forcefully against immunity, and those who were briefed to argue FOR immunity.

I think that the Obama camp is being very realistic considering economic conditions in the United States today when it comes to campaign financing. I mean, I would like to help him out but I am experiencing negative growth in my personal life right now, ie. Where is my tractor ? Time and energy can be considered a campaign contribution too.

Speaking of which, supporting a candidate is to do so with behavior that is worthy of the candidate him or herself. The world is watching. Therefore, I am probably negligent to some degree with my sarcasm and crudeness, anger coming out sideways. My world is that ya got to take the good with the bad.

I do support certain rights of personal liberties because church and state want to somehow define spiritual unions to me. Comes from the ancient term "soulmate" which seems to be a cosmically ordained union beyond the reach of mankind. Who of the church or state could deny such unions exist ? Who of church and state claims such authority to prevent such unions in a physical form while on earth ? And I base that on Bill of Rights freedoms which allow Americans to travel, communicate and join together without interference from Big Brother.

I'll just sit back and listen now, thanks RR.

I think you're missing the point, Jim - the idea behind not granting immunity to the Telecomms via legislation is NOT so we can send them to jail. The idea is to us immunity as a lever, to compel testimony before Congress - i. e. to get a Telecomm exec to appear before a Congressional committee and say "I spoke to THIS White House Staffer, on THIS date, and he told me to do THIS, THIS and THAT".

I'd far rather see Bush, Rove & Cheney do the frog-march than some guy from Sprint, y'know?

Please vote against Pelosi. Why did she take impeachment of the table in 2006? Why is she capitulating on FISA. Pelosi is not democrat, liberal or progressive. Pelosi is an enabler.
