A man from Unity, New Hampshire, who voted for McCain in the primary, who introduced Obama and Hillary Clinton, said he could very well get on this bandwagon. (this man from Unity was not covered on the other media)

I second that emotion. biggrin.gif

Yea!! U - N - I - T - Y

Methinks common media can only cover dis-unity.

We all know the reason for that. (Just thinkin out loud.) And am hopeful for the future, with eyes focused on the prize.

It seems that the press is trying to make it seem that the unity is not genuine. I hope it is not true. From the article's that I have read from multiple sources, Clinton backers still feel like something was stolen from her and they want Obama to help with the debt. So far, Obama has refused to give out his email list, which I think it would be a disaster if he did give them the list. Clinton says that she doesn't want the 12 million she loaned herself back. She considers that an investment in herself. She only wants the other 10 million. I can see where Obama supports are turned off by the idea of helping Clinton after everything that has transpired, but I don't want to risk the Clinton votes going elsewhere. This whole scenario makes me very uneasy.

Hillary's speech was glowing, just like her.

Barack just said, "Hillary you rock!!"

I have decided to tune out the commentary of corporate media,  totally!!  It is nothing more then entertainment.  They have to have a controversial narrative in order to compete with the spat between Paris Hilton and Nicole Ritchie.  The news has been cancelled and we have been left with poorly researched info-tainment slanted to the benefit of large corporations.  There has to be controversy in every story line.

I would not worry about it.  I think it is being over-hyped.

I agree. I can only take the infotainment in increments, if at all, and when I do I tend to scream at the defensless tv.

Cspan, right now is listening to call-ins from real people.

The news -has -been- cancelled -always -have- to -have- controversey are still nattering on, speculating, negating.

Whatever. I just want the freedom to be able to tune it out sometimes and sift through MY OWN MIND, and what I actually think, instinctively.

The ones who are talking like that at this point were never going to vote for Obama, so f'em. We don't have to appease them. They can kiss my ass.

I don't think it's entertainment. The MSM coverage is just VICIOUS. Hillary and Barack were so gracious and the rally was perfect. In the other hand you have the MSM saying "but Bill Clinton is upset" "Bill hasn't shown any support" "Where is Bill Clinton?" then they bring the repigs pundits saying that the rally was rather cheesy and a bunch of bs.

I think I've been converted!
Obama/Clinton 08!
But although I reserve the right to change my mind after the effect of the emotion wears off, right now I think this really would be the dream ticket.

I flipped over just in time to catch the Repulican strategist say, "I though it was kind of cheesy myself."

I'm not there with the dream ticket scenario (used to be, but not now). But I do think Obama wants Hillary in his cabinet.

It's that cheap media skepticism informed by nothing more than a bad mood and a refusal tto acknowledge the higher aspects of human aspiration. Like a piss-pot conspiracy theorist, they decide if anyone is to gain their private suspicions must all be true.
