I went to search for a link to what I just saw, but alas, one was not to be found.

Anyway, my local Denver station, 9 News, was talking about McCain's trip to Columbia. They said the trip was an effort to highlight his foreign policy experience and to talk about drug trafficing. That's IT????? Nothing about CAFTA???? Seriously???? Oh I almost forgot.... CAFTA was mentioned on the crawl at the bottom of the screen.... but nothing in the piece. God damn media!!!!

Then I realize that these "hostages" being freed today were also in....... wait for it..... you guess it!!!! COLUMBIA!!!!!! I do have a link for this one.

It's like McBush has won the lottery out here!

A.C on CNN had Bill Richardson on, giving him credit for the Columbian Hostages being released, apparently, he had been down there negotiating a couple of months ago.
Also, the Columbians gave the USA '0' credit for involvement in their release.

I had heard this too.... It just seemed all too convenient for McBush.... people who don't pay as close attention as you and I could be easily fooled.... just having it happening at once.... it would be easy for the less informed to make a false connection.
