I can't remember the last time I went to McDs. Their food sucks.
Speaking as a beautiful and health-conscious gay guy I avoid MickyD's but not to maintain my beauty and my health. It's just because their food is crap. In-N-Out, Fatburger, and even Carl's Jr all better. For one of the best mini-chains around check out Vera's Burger Shack in Vancouver, BC. "You can't beat Vera's meat".

I rarely eat McDonald's food, at least they don't display any hostility towards gays, atheists and other minority groups. They HAVE the right to speak freely because they pay taxes.....unlike the churches that spew their hatred, yet they are tax-exempt and usually NOT BOYCOTTED!
I just don't understand the fear of gays. I'm 100% heterosexual, but I don't view homosexuality as a threat.

Try getting out of your car, walking into the restaurant, and giving your order face to face with a real person then. Those speakers don't work right anyway, even if the person on the other end was a Rhodes scholar and spoke impeccable English you still couldn't understand them.

Have you seen McDonald's commercials? their prime customers are the 14-29 teens and young adults who have the disposable income and lack of responsibility (as in feeding a family) who would rather spend $5 on a meal for themselves rather than have a shopping list and planning meals for the week.
My gf (22) and I (27) have been together for nearly 3 years and we go grocery shopping together, we only get fast food when get up early to go the renaissance fairs, on the way home late-night after being at a club, and when we move (because all of our food is packed)
I don't think gays get enough recognition for the sheer amount of Fundie time and money we suck up. Resources that they could be devoting to pushing creationism and abstenance only sex ed, defending pharmacists who refuse to dispense drugs that God doesn't like and other theocratic causes. On the other hand, we are a proven fund raiser for them so maybe we're not much of a liability after all.

They've changed their menu some to deal with that. I'm not a fast food person but if it will piss off the right I'll eat there.
