May 11, 2008 -- Disinformation from Texas. Nothing new.
This week WMR will be in Texas.
November 22, 1963 was a prime example of the news being distorted to fit a pre-planned perception management campaign to sway public opinion. Listen to veteran Philadelphia radio and TV newsman John Facenda (who was later the voice of the NFL) describe suspects being rounded up in Fort Worth and other places in Texas and how the US-Mexico border was closed to prevent additional suspects in President John F. Kennedy's assassination from fleeing the country. We are still being lied to today by the mainstream media but the little tidbits of the truth offered up by Facenda now rarely see the light of day on the cable news propaganda networks.
Audio found at the Broadcast Pioneers of Philadelphia: a great nostalgic site.
Also, listen to this news broadcast from Ron Arnold of WEBR-AM Buffalo.
Note the fact that Arnold reports that Kennedy was shot in the right temple from the Grassy Knoll and that Secret Service agents thought the shots came from an automatic weapon. "Two young men" were being questioned by police.
