Well, Daniel Day-Lewis was amazing, but The Deppster gave easily the most unique turn of the five contenders, so am inclined to agree. Had Herr Burton more discreetly built the bloodshed and not cut the score quite so ruthlessly, the movie would have made the final five cut. Meanwhile, the astounding John Doyle deconstruction with Judy Kaye and David Hess is still making its way around Oceania. Highly recommended.
