You could argue that this is not technically a gay story, it's a human being story. I put it here because if these guys had lived in certain parts of the US even today their sexual orientation would have served to bar them from doing what they have done.

If there is a Karma these guys deserve the best it has to offer. Just goes to show you how people can make a difference in the lives of others. Only problem I have with this story is that it makes me feel so self-centered and selfish.
