I take it you don't like the choice? I think Bayh is the perfect choice for losing. I can't think of a more boring guy.

Druge really says nothing, but check out kmbc.com the station that's breaking the story. They say they know someone printing stickers. They also fudge by saying "it could indicate."

Drudge has a picture of the bumper stickers. The printer is always the first to know ans the need time to make all those banners and signs they will need in just a few days. Artwork, printsetting all takes time.

I am quite surprised it has not been officially announced yet. There could be a problem. He has already missed the East Coast news hour and will miss the west coast soon. Anybody here anything?

When I'm wrong I admit it. Fox has just announced a private jet just landed in Delaware near Bidens home from Chicago. Drudge is also now saying that Bayh and Kaine are out. Dumb me.

I wasn't gloating, that had nothing to do with you really. I was laughing at the emoticon.

Hey, predict all you want, I intend to wait until I read the email from the candidate's Raspberry before I make any guesses cause I haven't got a frickin' clue who he might pick. I won't even venture a guess.

Its Obama/Bayh, You heard it from MOTR first...

Well, aside from developments since this was first posted -

1st: From MOTR first? Eh, sorry, not even close. After all, you've lifted something from Drudge, who lifted something from a local TV station, Kansas City's own KMBC, and that's to say NOTHING of the various pundits over the last two weeks who've alternately run hot, then cold, then hot again, then cold again... on Bayh and a half dozen others.

WTF is it with folks around here that no one knows what a "scoop" really is?

2nd: Drudge?

3rd: You carelessly edited out an important part of Drudge's version of this story. Note that his headline read "BUMPER STICKER GIVES IT AWAY?"

See that question mark? It's the contemporary media's new means of delivering speculation and rumor dressed up as fact. Half of FOX's chyron newsreader strip headlines come with question marks: "Obama Muslim Terrorist?" "McCain Chosen by God?" "Iraq Responsible for 9.11?"

See, it's one of tools employed by hacks to offer up bullshit while escaping (in theory) the obligation to publish a retraction when the bullshit proves wrong (which is more often the case than not). The rule of thumb when you see a question mark in a headline is to ignore the story that follows. Wait for a story that does not need a question mark in the hed.

4th:
Drudge?

5th: You really are scoring big, big PR wins around here, MOTR. Just today with that line about being open minded, and now this. And that's without even going into the 390+ hilarities before then. You really are a hoot, dude.

Carmen, I think you're being foolish here. If you draw a line from Bayh's home state of Indiana to Obama's home state of Illinois, to the state where Obama as born, Hawaii, and extend it back to the DNC's headquarters outside of the presumed nominee's state, Washington, DC, the line will never touch Kansas City, and so it makes perfect sense that's where the campaign would have its bumper stickers printed.

DON'T IGNORE THE CLEAR EVIDENCE!
