It seems to me that not going after Mr. Rove for his alleged legal violations gives him full leave to continue his democracy-endangering tactics by "managing" the McBush campaign.

I don't get what the hell the problem is. Why can't they arrest this guy? This bonehead is laughing at them. "Ha ha you can't touch me". This is very upsetting. Rove should be in that jail already for his refusal to testify.

After 1/20/09 he won't get a pardon. I don't think President Obama is going to be as forgiving as Madam Pelosi.
