Is McCain Palin's Bitch?

Just watching "Morning Joe" and they were saying that McCain was all ready to pick Lieberman up to last Sunday when Black told him that he could not pick a pro-choice candidate or the RNC would "blow up" on them.

They obviously then panicked and rushed to pick one of their anti-choice options and came up with this abortion of a pick.

So, wild theory here, were they actually aware of all the negatives and knew full well that they were eventually going to have to drop her as the VP candidate ... all they wanted to do was make it through the RNC with a anti-abortion candidate to keep the optics of the convention intact, then after the convention dump her and put McCain's real pick on the ticket?

He's not going to pick Lieberman.

It was about as silly as the rumor than Obama was going to pick Chuck Hagel.

He's not going to pick Lieberman....

Did you see last night's NYT story where multiple sources maintained that, five days beforehand, McCain had settled on naming Ridge or Liebermann, but a huge wave of fundie outrage convinced him to drop both?

After Madam PTA drops out, my money's on it being Mittens. Mittens has the money, Mittens has the staffers, Mittens has the hair.

Not a rumor, I picked McCain/Lieberman over a year ago as you well know. smile.gif

Glad I was wrong about Lieberman, we would have lost the Dem Right and much of the Center had he been the pick.

I hope to remain wrong on this issue.
