20 minutes into it I became enraged, the parts of the repubs were played so well I couldnt continue to watch without risking permanent heart damage...
did the movie explain/touch on that Harris used outside vendors to disenfranchise thousands of african american voters?

In my personal opinion, it didn't go into NEARLY enough detail, and it didn't touch on the criminal actions by Database Technologies and Harris' collusion with the Texas gov't to block people from voting at all.
However, what I did see them to is portray the Brooks Brothers riot pretty well, but again - not specifically enough - not pointing out that those involved were flown down specifically to harass election officials by the GOP leadership.
Call it "2000 Election Realities Lite". They got some things right, but neglected to nail down the truly criminal actions, probably because the network pussed out.
IMHO, "Uncounted" is far better.
