“In public.” That would be the operative phrase, wouldn’t it? Because you can be called on it. But my guess is that he’d have no problem at all voicing stuff like that and worse when among friends. Or when his identity was protected by a sheet and a hood. With Rethugs it's hard sometimes to figure out exactly what decade they think we are living in.
