My mom said that they refused to count it. That was the first presidential election I was old enough to vote in and I remember it dragging on and on because they were telling them to count it again but they wouldn't. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. That guy just said Gore wouldn't demand that they recount and I'm pretty sure that's not the case.
