On Monday's show Brad played a clip of someone stating that it was was best if a lot of people didn't vote. Can anyone tell me who that was and where I can find that clip

I don't know abou the clip itself, Thom Hartmann plays it on a semi-regular basis. Maybe you could email him or Brad and find out.
