I didn't mean to make fun of your point - I thought it was clear there was a misunderstanding. I don't believe there was any reason to believe someone was banned for expressing a liberal POV, per my previous message (before the joke).

Hey, there are liberals who are assholes, too, and who engage in behavior that is against the rules and get banned. And one of the few rules that remains enforced on the 9.11 forums is the prohibition on ripping up the mods.

Again, I don't know that Atomic was banned for ripping mods (Hell, I haven't even gone to his profile and confirmed that he WAS banned.) But I did see one or two posts that had Atomic flipping out and accusing mods of some serious acts of wrongdoing, and so I suspected that was related.

Some of the ugliest personalities I've had to deal with claimed to be liberal. Not all that glitters is gold.

I knew it from "her" first post, and Christine can back me because I wrote her about "Trish1990" six months ago. I mean, come on you guys, EVERY SINGLE POST mentioned that "she" was A First Time Voter At The Age Of Eighteen. Anyone who writes like that hasn't been 18 since at least 1978.

I gave her the benefit of the doubt at the beginning, I always try to.
