I have looked up the name of every banned user since the board came back, and they are not there.

No users in the members list identified as banned.

no, use the most advanced search mechanism for the name of poster and you find threads they posted in then you find a post of theirs and then you can click on their profile

Hell, I've written inappropriate posts, then hit "report" on my own post and claimed you forced me to do it.
