I used to love the commercial the daily Show would run (It's an old one. . . Pre- Colbert Report) but they would use the tag line in the 30- seconds spots. It would show Jon making faces in the camera, and the narrator would say, "now, flirting with integrity!"

Flirting no longer, it seems.

The corporate pussies days are numbered. They will be forced to serve the people's interest again.

Before or After they're forced to bring Keith Olbermann, Dan Rather, and others of their ilk back?

I don't think Dan would ever come back. He gets to do real journalism, unimpeded by the corporate losers now. All we need to do is give him and true journalists like, him a bigger audience share, more outlets to report from, and abandon the networks entirely.

For myself, I already have. I haven't watched network tv generally in easily a decade. And network news is beyond worthless.
