Sizing up Oil on Alaska's North Slope (written in 2006): "From first oil production in 1977, it has typically accounted for about 20 percent of U.S. domestic production. "
Last year, it was 14%, so Olberman was right. However, based on typically being about 20%, the McCain spokesperson was also right. Keep tryin Keith.
